By enabling this option, you authorize the publication of your listing’s public data (brand, model, price, description, and link) on the official AlibaMotors Facebook page. No personal data or passwords are shared.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is retained while your account remains active or as required by law. You may delete your account and all associated information at any time through one of the following options:

1. Access your profile and select the “Delete Account” option.
2. Send an email to admin@alibamotors.com requesting deletion of your account and data. Your request will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours.

Account deletion also includes removal of any information obtained through Google Sign-In.

8. Data Subject Rights

As a user, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, erasure, and objection to the processing of your personal data at any time, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations.
