6. Automatic Posting to Social Networks

AlibaMotors offers integration with Facebook through the official Auto Poster plugin (Flynax). By enabling this option, you authorize the publication of the public data of your listing (make, model, price, description, link) on the official AlibaMotors Facebook page. No personal data or passwords are shared.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is retained as long as your account remains active or as required by law. You may delete your account and all associated information at any time using one of the following methods:

1. Accessing your profile and selecting the “Delete Account” option.
2. Sending an email to admin@alibamotors.com requesting the deletion of your account and data. Your request will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours.

Account deletion also includes the removal of any information obtained through Google Sign-In.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

As a user, you may exercise at any time your rights to access, rectify, update, delete or oppose the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations.
