• Use of the SITE constitutes a binding agreement. If the USER does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the SITE.
• The USER is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and updating of all information provided during registration and publication of listings.
• The USER is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and account access.
• The USER agrees to use the SITE lawfully and not to engage in activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• The publication of false, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or infringing content is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without prejudice to legal action.

3. Nature of the Service

ALIBAMOTORS acts solely as a digital portal that facilitates the publication of listings and connection between users.

Transactions occur directly between buyer and seller. ALIBAMOTORS does not intervene in negotiations, does not participate in ownership transfers, and does not act as an intermediary, agent, or representative of either party.

4. Management of Listings

The USER is solely responsible for creating, modifying, or deleting their listings.

ALIBAMOTORS reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing or account that violates these Terms, creates legal risks, or affects the integrity of the SITE.

5. Vehicle Warranties

ALIBAMOTORS does not own the vehicles listed on the SITE and does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding them.

Any warranty, mechanical condition, legal status, or documentation is the sole responsibility of the selling USER. Users are encouraged to conduct proper technical and legal verification before completing any transaction.

6. Prices and Availability

Prices, features, and availability of vehicles are determined exclusively by the listing USERS.

ALIBAMOTORS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of the published information.

7. Free Publication and Optional Visibility Features

Publishing listings on the SITE is free of charge and does not generate sales commissions.

The SITE may offer optional visibility or promotional features on a voluntary basis. The purchase of such features does not alter the free nature of the portal nor create participation in the transaction.

8. Payments and Refunds

When purchasing optional visibility features, the USER declares to be the lawful holder of the payment method used.

• Confirmation: A confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
• Refunds: Refund requests may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided there is a valid and verifiable reason. Refunds do not apply to services already executed or consumed.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

11. Right of Exclusion

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
