This document describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the services offered by ALIBAMOTORS.COM to its users, buyers, or sellers (hereinafter, the “USER”). Use of the SITE implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• The USER is responsible for the information provided during registration, guaranteeing its accuracy and legality. The USER will be responsible for the use and confidentiality of their password.
• The USER agrees to use the contents of the SITE lawfully, without engaging in activities contrary to the law, morality, or public order, and without disseminating offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.
• The USER may not introduce viruses, perform cyberattacks, manipulate third-party information, or use SITE data for improper purposes.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account.

3. Responsibility and Warranties

• ALIBAMOTORS guarantees the technical functioning of the SITE; however, it cannot ensure continuous availability or the absence of failures caused by external factors.
• The contents of the SITE are informational; decisions made by the USER are their sole responsibility.
• The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information published regarding the goods or services they promote.

4. Management of Listings

The USER is responsible for creating, modifying, or deleting their listings. Transactions are carried out directly between buyer and seller, without the intervention of ALIBAMOTORS.

ALIBAMOTORS reserves the right to refuse publication, suspend, or delete any listing or account (free or premium) that violates these terms or poses risk or harm to third parties or the company.

5. Vehicle Warranty

ALIBAMOTORS is not the owner of the vehicles published and does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding them. Any warranty offered is the sole responsibility of the selling USER. It is recommended to request a written copy of the warranty before finalizing the purchase.

6. Prices and Availability

Prices and availability of published vehicles are determined by selling USERS. ALIBAMOTORS does not guarantee the accuracy or updated status of this information, and vehicles may be unavailable at the time of inquiry.

7. Deposits and Commissions

ALIBAMOTORS does not charge commissions, deposits, or percentages for transactions made between users. Any payment is the direct responsibility of the parties involved.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The SITE and its contents are offered “as is.” ALIBAMOTORS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information published. It may also replicate listings on other digital platforms for promotional or advertising purposes.

9. Modifications and Maintenance

ALIBAMOTORS may update, modify, or delete SITE content or services without prior notice. It may also perform scheduled or emergency technical maintenance.

10. Advertising and Paid Plans

The SITE offers featured advertising packages and banners (free or paid). Prices vary depending on duration, type, and placement. Payments are made within the USER’s profile.

11. Payments and Refunds

By making a payment on the SITE, the USER declares they are the holder of the payment method and authorizes the corresponding charge.

• Payment confirmation: will be sent electronically to the registered email.
• Refunds: may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided there is a valid cause (fraud, error, or unauthorized purchase). Refunds will not be processed for active plans older than 48 hours. All refunds will be made to the same payment method used.

The SITE may contain links to third-party websites. ALIBAMOTORS does not control or guarantee the content, availability, or accuracy of those sites. Access to them is at the USER’s own responsibility.

13. Right of Exclusion

ALIBAMOTORS reserves the right to suspend or remove access from any USER who violates these terms or generates inappropriate or illegal content.

14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Bogotá D.C.

15. Modifications and Validity

ALIBAMOTORS may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated conditions will be available on the SITE and will replace previous versions.

16. Sign in with Google (Google OAuth)

The SITE offers the option to authenticate through Google (“Login with Google”), using the OAuth 2.0 system provided by Google LLC. By using this feature, the USER authorizes ALIBAMOTORS to receive basic information from their Google account, including:

• Full name
• Verified email address
• Profile photo (if available)
• Unique Google identifier (ID)

This information is used exclusively to create and manage the USER’s account on the SITE, enable their access, associate listings, and maintain the integrity of the registered profile.

ALIBAMOTORS does not share this information with third parties nor use it for commercial purposes other than the operation of the SITE.

The USER may revoke at any time the access granted to ALIBAMOTORS by visiting: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Deleting the account in ALIBAMOTORS does not automatically revoke permissions in Google; the USER must remove them from their personal Google settings.
