Yes. You just have to log into your account and select MY LISTINGS from the menu. If you have more than 1 ad, you can filter your search and edit the one you deem appropriate.

You can also highlight, boost, update to featured, make it invisible, tag as sold or discounted among other features.

Another way to edit an ad, simple and easy, is to search for it through the filters, then find it, enter the details page and at the top right, you will find the EDIT button.
You can edit the entire ad, except its initial category.
You can reorder the photos by simply dragging them or crop them if you want to improve their size.
